The availability of our products are indicated through our "traffic lights":
Green: We have your product on stock and is ready for dispatch within 24 hrs! (especially if you choose one of the fast forms of payment: credit card or PayPal)
Yellow: We do not have the product on stock, but can order it for you with the manufacturer. Usually they take 4-10 days to deliver. (this may vary and depends on the manufacturer)
Red: Very long delivery time, or the product is currently out of stock.

atomic-clock.org.uk offers different forms of payment. If you pay in advance via bank transfer, we will grant you a 3% reduction on your order. Alternatively, we offer payment through PayPal or credit card.

The 3D secure code is a personal password which you can use to clear an online payment made with your credit card details and prevent misuse even if your credit card details have been stolen.
Some banks issue a static password and some banks use a dinamic system in which you are redirected to their website in order to identify yourself.
If you have not set up a password for your credit card yet or are unsure on how you can make your credit card safer against online fraud, please contact your bank for more information.
3D-Secure-Procedure
the 3D secure system, also called "MasterCard Secure Code" or "Verified by Visa", is used to protect your credit card from internet fraud. By entering your personal password, an online payment can be identified as a transaction validated by you. This reduces the risk of your credit card details beeing misused, as this password is the only data that is not printed or stored on the card itself.
To participate in this system, your bank may either issue a password for your card, or give you the option of creating one the next time you make an online payment which is verified by the 3D secure system. Some banks may also require you to contact them directly or just forward you to their own website. If you are not sure how your bank requires you to proceed, please contact them directly.

On our Website, you will find the "Customer log-in" button in the top right corner. Here you can enter your personal data and define your own password, which you need to repeat once for security reasons.
A customer account gives you several advantages: You can easily change your data under "My profile" and see the current status of your order under "My order". You will also have the option to view your entire shopping history with atomic-clock.org.uk.
As long as you are logged in, you can look through our shop and get back to your data with only one click on the customer log-in button. |

With atomic-clock.org.uk, you are shopping without a price-risk. If you find your product cheaper, at any regular retailer, within 60 days of ordering and they can actually deliver, we will match the price and pay back the difference to you!
All you have to do, is send us the link to that cheaper dealer and give us the bank details you want your money to be sent to. |

Our experience shows, that most manufacturers require up to four weeks to carry out a repair and return the watch. As soon as the repaired watch has arrived, we will automatically email you and forward the package. |

The atomic-clock.org.uk reverse-auction starts with the Products regular price, and then starts to get cheaper as time goes on. If the price seems right, you can place your offer and get the sale. But careful: If you wait too long, someone will grab the deal before you can!
