Are you looking for a certain model from a specific label, that you can not find in our shop?
Of course we would be happy to call the manufacturer ofr you, and order any specific model you might want. Even if it is not part of our regular display. The only condition is that we already have products of that particular manufacturer on sale.
You can also contact our customer service to enquire if a certain model will be available on atomic-clock.org.uk in the future, because we continually take on new models, collections and manufacturers in our portfolio. |

Wrist bands with changeable elements will be shortened by us, if required.
If you notice your wrist-strap needs to be shortened after the watch has been delivered, you are welcome to send it back to our office in Hamburg, Germany. Please give us a ring beforehand to inform us about any changes you want us to make.

If you have already discovered that the wristband will be to big for you, before ordering, we will shorten it before delivery. The surplus band elements will be added to the package of course.
Please establish your wrist circumference.
If you are having problems with the length of a leather strap, we suggest you simply go to your newerest jeweller and have them punch a new hole. |
